I saw this mystery when I was no more than seven years old and a line from it “my wife is a rash driver” just stuck in my head for decades since, as did the ending.
It came back a few months ago and I put it down on my list of things to look into for nostalgia purposes. This was a very difficult search since I’d totally forgotten the actors and any detail other than “my wife is a rash driver”.
I then asked ChatGPT, in one of those lovely old people “you know the guy… no not that guy… the other guy” engagements, and it produced the correct answer in a few minutes. Amazing.
It’s a very forgotten film. Features established Telugu actors but information is very hard to come by.

1. Naresh and Tanikella Bharani are established actors in the Telugu film industry and this doesn’t even feature on their IMDb pages. It’s just a forgotten movie that showed up on VHS in my life in 1992. It’s available for free.
